Psalm 145

Worship

Come Worship With Us As David, the writer of Psalm 145, says, the Lord is great and worthy of our praise. In worship we come before the Lord and offer him praise. We worship God because he is almighty, everlasting, all-knowing, beyond our understanding, good, loving, merciful, holy, righteous, and so much more. David knew this and that is why he gave glory to God. At Ross we come to worship God because who he is: our God. We are the people of God, and we gather to give our God praise.

Children

Children have activities that are designed just for them. During worship there is a nursery available with qualified volunteers for infants through 2 year olds. Children ages 3 through Kindergarten head up stairs during the middle of the service for Children in Worship. After worship there is a time for coffee and punch, which is followed by Sunday school classes for all ages, including adults.

FAQ

What's worship like?
A typical worship service starts off praising God through songs lead by an organ and praise team. Following that we hear a sermon and spend time in prayer. After worship there is a time of coffee and punch downstairs.

What should I wear?
At Ross you'll see suits, dresses, jeans and t-shirts. Wear what you are comfortable wearing.

Do I have to give money?
As a visitor we do not want you to feel obligated to give. Giving of our tithes and offerings is a part of worship for Ross' members and regular attenders.
