The vacancy we were working to support is now completed. RCA Missionary Frank Van Hoeve coordinates the Jackson County Housing Ministry in Annville, Kentucky. Working with other groups from across the area, they repair homes in Appalachian communities.  These teams transform often – dilapidated buildings into safe comfortable homes for residents. Frank also secures funding and materials, oversees work groups and ministers to the physical needs of the residents.  He and his wife also share the Gospel when opportunities arise.  Frank and his spouse Darlene have four children; Leah, Reuben, Abigail, and Nathan.
