Programs

Our programs provide the children with the opportunity for social and academic growth.  We offer a slow separation period for our children.

Educational areas include perceptual skills, language development, reading, math and writing readiness skills, science and social studies.  We also provide the exploration of the block area, the arts and crafts areas as well as story time, manipulative toys, puzzles, and music.

Our school provides abundance of materials and midday snack.  The children and parents participate in the field trips and all are invited to our Holiday program as well as our End-of-the-Year program.  All of these activities are done under the watchful eyes of our dedicated staff.

Summer Program

 Our summer program is for 3,4, and 5 year olds.  Our school is offering a fun place to spend the warm summer mornings of July and August.  First Step Nursery is a fully air conditioned facility.  Your child’s day will include theme-based projects, snacks and a whole lot of fun!  You may choose up to 2 sessions of camp.  We have 2 weeks in July and 2 weeks in August.

Enrichment Program

 Available to ½ day Kindergarten students reinforcing alphabet recognition, pre-reading skills, socialization skills and preparing students for longer school days.
