Tulips

In the Spring, we prayed that the deer that wander through High Falls would not eat the tender buds before they had a chance to open…One of our congregants helped ensure that this did not happen by carrying a jug of deer repellent in her car…when driving past the church, she would periodically stop and apply some more repellant. On April 19th, we were rewarded for our efforts and prayers when we came to church and found the buds were starting to open. Rev said, “Just wait until next Sunday when they all will be blooming!” And, he was right…they were certainly in their glory on the following Sunday.
