Arco Ensemble Concert

 Do you love classical music? It is our special privilege to welcome Arco Ensemble, the virtuoso string chamber orchestra, to our sanctuary space for a concert! Arco Ensemble is in its sixth season of bringing live string chamber music to audiences all over New Jersey and elsewhere. They will bring us music from American composers. Their concert in our space will be Sunday, April 10, at 3:00 pm. Tickets available at the door: $20 admission ($10 for students and seniors).

 

Lenten Services

 Please circle the remaining Lenten services on your calendar! They are meaningful and worshipful ways to walk with Christ the road to and through the cross. Palm Sunday worship is Sunday the 17^th at First Reformed. Maundy Thursday, please go to Second Reformed Church at 7:30 pm to join their worship. And Good Friday, come to First Reformed at 8:00 pm for a solemn service of music and Scripture. And of course, Easter Sunday worship will be a joyful celebration together!

 

Easter Flowers

 If you would like to honor a loved one, past or present, by placing a beautiful flower in the sanctuary for Easter worship, please fill out an order form, enclosed in this newsletter and return it (with your check) to Pat Fischer. Please do this very soon, as the orders need placing!

 

Spring Workday

 Many jobs small and large around the church building need our spring attention! Lend a hand at the spring Church Workday on Saturday, April 9, beginning at 8:30 am. Everyone is needed to pitch in and accomplish a variety of tasks, like small repairs, cleaning, replacing, and yard work. Teenagers welcome--and encouraged!
