MISSION T-SHIRTS . . . are available from Pastor Jan or Dan Brudos. They’re red with the church’s name. They identify us when we go on work groups and mission trips. You’ll want to wear one to Schoharie today! Pick yours up for $10. We’ll all wear our t-shirts to worship soon; watch for a time.
FLOOD RELIEF . . . Albany Synod is coordinating care of Reformed Churches and families affected by Hurricane Irene. Go to www.albanysynod.org/events.htm. There are several things you can do to help.
MISSIONS OF THE MONTH . . . Our November Missions of the Month are the Scotia and SICM Food Pantries. Each pantry is serving many more people this year than last, and each is stretched. We support the Scotia Food Pantry each week with our food offering. Thank you for your generosity.
Designate your MOM offering by using the special envelope in your box of offering envelopes. Need envelopes? Call the church office, 370-4751.
THE SICM FOOD PROGRAM . . . needs volunteers in several areas, any Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday mornings from 8:30 to noon. The Pantry is located at 839 Albany St. Training is provided. THE SCOTIA FOOD PANTRY . . . The basket in the Narthex receives our weekly food donations for the Scotia Food Pantry. Note: The Scotia Pantry does not need Enfamil or baby food. Please add the "food of the week" to your shopping list to share with others. The pantry always needs dry mixes (tuna helper, potato and noodle dishes). We thank Chic and Marian Gilgore for delivering our donations this month.

MITTEN TREE . . . We collect gifts under or on our Mitten Tree for the Salvation Army Christmas Drive -- hats, mittens, gloves and scarves, as well as unwrapped toys appropriate for children up to 12 years old. Our Mitten Tree will be on the stage in Brink Hall by Sunday, November 27. Please bring your donations by December 8. Best of all, bring your donations with you to our November 27 Hanging of the Greens.
GIFTS FOR VICTIMS OF AIDS . . . Each year we join many other Albany Synod Reformed Churches in collecting gifts for AIDs victims. A list of items needed is in front of the collection box outside Memorial Lounge and on the bench in the Narthex. Please donate your items by December 6.

HOME FURNISHINGS . . . is accepting furniture donations again. They really need dressers and kitchen table sets and volunteers! They also would like people to serve on their Board of Directors. BETHESDA HOUSE . . . needs winter coats. Please bring your contributions to the labeled blue bin near the office.
