Hoffman Memorial Educational Fund Scholarship
Attached is the application for
the Hoffman Memorial Educational Fund Scholarship for 2010. Church attendance and participation in some
church activities (i.e. rummage
sales, dinners, office work, yard work, participate in the worship service,
childcare, fellowship hour, greening the
church) are necessary in order to receive this
scholarship.
Please fill in Parts I and II and
mail the completed application to the Church at:

The application must be received
by Tuesday, June 1st in order to be considered for this
scholarship. After the applications have
been received,
a mutually convenient meeting will
be scheduled for you to meet with the committee.
