Pastor Peter W. Berry retired Jan.1, 2011
after serving the Community Reformed Church
as Senior Pastor for more than 10 years.

The congregation celebrated with him and wished him well
at a special retirement luncheon held on January 26
at the Quality Inn, in Toms River.

Many attended, despite the snow, and took part in the celebration.
This included a special appearance by the "Holy Mackerels"
and a hymn by the Community Reformed Church Choir.

A number of speakers gave tributes to the retiring pastor,
and wished him well in his future endeavors.
Along with the good wishes of those present,
several gifts were also presented to him.
