Karen and I have been here at Community Reformed Church since November of 2012. I've served churches in Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska, New York and Illinois. Each of them shares the same goal ... "go and make disciples of all nations." That is why we are a church. Our goal is to build a faith community into a mission station for the Gospel. That happens as we work together in the power of the Holy Spirit to build believers and reach seekers in Jesus' name.

Hello! I'm Ernest F. Hamilton, Jr., Organist and Director of Music here since January 1, 2001. I began as an Organist and Choirmaster in 1963. Formal education has been at Westminster Choir College, The Royal School of Church Music, and Westminster Conservatory. I'm an Organist and Choirmaster because I must be!I live in Freehold with my wife Barbara, a university professor, and son William Regan, a university senior. I'm an Ocean County native.
Community Reformed Church is fortunate to have three choirs: Chancel Choir (SATB), Men's Chorus, and Chime Choir, all under my direction. All choir members are dedicated and hard working. The choirs are a necessary part of every worship service. Both they and I enjoy our work together and the rewards of helping to lead the worship of Almighty God.
