- Free Play/Centers:
9:15-10:00 a.m. This is an opportunity for the teacher to spend time with the students
both individually and as a group.
- Circle Time:
10:00- 10:30 a.m. Children are given the opportunity to discuss the calendar, weather,
share items and events from home, learn songs and finger plays, read stories, and learn
about the day's events.
- Snack Time:
10:30-10:45 a.m. The Nursery School provides a snack and drink for the children
each day.
- Instructional Time:
10:45-11:15 a.m. The teachers may use this time for a specific activity, for
example: letter recognition, craft activity, science experiment, etc.
- Outdoor Play:
11:15-11:30 a.m. Weather permitting we like to see all of our children outside
for fresh air and exercise.
- Closing Activities:
11:30-11:45 a.m. Clean-up, story time, pack for home.
